This Privacy Policy applies to Booster Club website content provided through:

It also applies when one of these domains redirects you to another covered domain.

The former sponsor.viperbasketball.co address redirects to the covered sponsorship page on www.viperbasketball.co. This Privacy Policy does not apply to separately operated websites, platforms, or services that we link to, including MaxPreps, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, merchandise providers, registration providers, payment services, or other third-party destinations. Those services control their own privacy practices.

2. The Booster Club Is an Independent Organization

The covered website is maintained by the Vandegrift High School Boys Basketball Booster Club, an independent organization supporting the boys basketball program.

The website is not operated by Vandegrift High School or Leander Independent School District. Neither Vandegrift High School nor Leander ISD is responsible for this website, this Privacy Policy, or the content and privacy practices of websites linked from it.

3. Information You Choose to Provide

The current website does not offer user accounts or a website-hosted general contact database.

The contact page may help you prepare an email to the appropriate Booster Club contact. The message remains in your browser until your email application opens. The website does not store the message before it is transferred to your email application. Once you send the email, the information is handled by your email provider, the recipient’s email provider, and the Booster Club recipient.

The embedded sponsor form is provided by Jotform and collects the information you provide, including your selected sponsorship package or amount, name, business name, recognition name, email, telephone number, website or social profile, optional business address, logo files, recognition notes, and payment choice. Payment information is handled by Jotform and its approved payment provider, including Square when selected. Sponsor details may also be routed to the Booster Club’s sponsor follow-up Hub and sponsor-team email so authorized volunteers can review and fulfill the sponsorship.

Information you choose to send by email may include your name, email address, telephone number, organization, relationship to the basketball program, and any other information included in your message.

Please do not send student medical information, disciplinary information, account credentials, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the website or by ordinary email.

4. Technical Information Handled Automatically

When you visit the covered website, our hosting, network, security, or domain providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This information may include:

7. Program Photography and Information About Minors

The website may display approved photographs, videos, names, team assignments, schedules, game results, awards, or other program-related information involving student-athletes. We seek to limit published information to material appropriate for a public athletics website.

We do not intend to publish a student’s private telephone number, personal email address, home address, date of birth, medical information, disciplinary information, academic record, account credentials, or private social-media account.

A parent, legal guardian, eligible student, or other authorized person may ask us to review, correct, or remove a photograph or item of personal information. Please include the page address, a description of the material, and your relationship to the person shown or identified. We may request reasonable information to confirm identity or authority before acting on a request.

8. Children Under 13

The covered website provides general information for the Vandegrift basketball community and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13.
